Linda Anderson of Silver Sage Designs is a transplant to Saratoga, Wyoming from Florida. She has lived in Wyoming for almost twenty years. Linda has a BA in Communications from the University of Miami. She studied jewelry design at LCCC in Cheyenne, Wyoming at the Gemological Institute of America in Tuscon. Linda has been designing and creating her own line of silver jewelry for over ten years. "I have had a fascination with different stones since I was a child, looking for agates and petrified wood with my mother on our Wyoming visits." "I try to work with very unusual stones that most people are not familiar with. My favorites are Jaspers and Agates as they always seem to have a story to tell."
"I really enjoy working with the different beads that I have collected. It allows me to bring so many more colors and textures to the pieces I create. Linda works on her silver jewelry from her home studio in Saratoga, Wyoming. She has exhibited her unique gemstone jewelry at art shows and galleries throughout the western states. Soon she plans to begin showing her sterling silver creations in Phoenix, Arizona where she winters. Linda is happy to take custom orders for matching jewelry sets.
